Chiropractor

Hollis Helms D.C.

Whatever Dr. Helms does, he is firm, positive and enthusiastic in his approach. If you are looking for a doctor who is gentle and effective, who wont order unnecessary tests, is highly credentialed, available when you need him and will show abundant concern for you, then you are in the right office.

A native of Texas, Dr. Helms received his primary and secondary education at Amarillo Christian Schools. He received his pre-chiropractic training at Lubbock Christian University. After graduating from Texas Chiropractic College, he interned at the famed T.C.C. Clinic in Houston, receiving his license to practice in Texas in 1987.

Dr. Helms constantly strives to improve and update his knowledge in the field of chiropractic and has completed extensive study in Texas Chiropractic College post-graduate programs.

Dr. Helms is licensed by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, and the Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners and served as a Designated Doctor for the Texas Workers Compensation Commission.

As well as appearing on radio and television, Dr. Helms wrote a monthly column on sports injuries for a popular ski magazine. Dr. Helms has been in active practice since 1987 at the San Antonio TX location.

Dr. Helms has called San Antonio TX home since 1988, and enjoys golf, scuba diving, aviation, the outdoors and spending time with his family.

Chiropractor

Noah Salinas D.C.

Dr. Salinas has a firm and concise approach. He is compassionate, and understanding in listening to all concerns regarding his patients. He takes the time to ensure each person feels heard, supported, and fully informed so they can make the best decisions for their health.

Dr. Salinas was born and raised in San Antonio. He attended Central Catholic High School in downtown San Antonio and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in kinesiology – Applied Movement Science, and a minor in Coaching. After undergrad he attended Parker University in Dallas.

Dr. Salinas has extensive experience working and treating patients while at the Parker University Clinic as an intern, and at CoreHealth Wellness in Dallas. He has seen and treated many cases of neuromuscular pain located throughout the body.

Dr. Salinas is always learning and making sure he is up to date with the latest research when it comes to patient care. This involves reading accredited articles, attending seminars, and listening to health and wellness podcasts.

Besides helping to treat people’s pain, Dr. Salinas enjoys staying active by playing basketball, watching the Spurs, and spending time with friends and family.

Lisa

Lisa is our Office Manager and is available to help with insurance and billing questions. She works behind the scenes to keep the office running smoothly and to support both patients and staff.

Cierra works at the front and checkout desk, where she helps schedule appointments and assists patients with any changes or questions. She’s happy to help ensure each visit runs smoothly.

Vivian is part of our front and checkout desk team, assisting patients with booking appointments and handling schedule updates. She helps make the check-in and check-out process easy and efficient.
